Coaching Changes Rich Rodriguez (Arizona).
After being out of the game for 1 year, Rich Rodriguez
returns to the sideline as the head coach for the Arizona Wildcats. Coach
Rodriguez comes to Arizona with a career record of 120-84-2.
Wildcat fans be ready to see a high tempo read-option
offense that brought Coach Rod success at his previous stops as head coach at
West Virginia and Offensive coordinator at Clemson and Tulane. Even with coach
Rod's not so great 3 years at Michigan (in the win-lose column) you can still
say that his offense was one of the best in the country.
This time around coach Rod was able to bring his former
Defensive Coordinator Jeff Casteel from West Virginia. Coach Casteel brings his
3-3-5 defense to improve the 110th total defense in the country.
Overall, Arizona should end the season with a 6-6 record and
a trip to a bowl game.
